Our 10-foot-wide barn is excellent for small automobiles, workspace, storage, and ATVs. They offer the ideal balance between functionality and affordability, particularly if you have moderate space.
A 12-foot-wide metal barn with a loft is designed for bigger equipment thanks to its increased floor area and wall space. It can accommodate a small trailer, workbench, or riding mower. Choose a 14’ or 16’ wide barndominium if you need one for a multi-use setup, a workshop, or significant storage. It’s your go-to choice if you want to create a joint lofted office and garage, store big vehicles, or operate a business from home.

All urethane-stained buildings are sprayed with a high-quality urethane stain. The urethane stain is a specialty product which was designed only for use on the LP Smart Panel siding and trim and has a projected life expectancy of 15-20 years.
Our high quality shingles are 30 year architectural shingle style.

What are metal barns with lofts?
Lofted barns are utility or storage structures that feature raised lofts for storage overhead. They are often portable and don’t include electrical systems or plumbing unless they are customized.
How tall should the ceiling be in my metal lofted barn?
You ideally need your ceiling height to be 16 feet for a comfy loft. This means you can enjoy headroom spanning seven to eight feet while maintaining an open area below. A lower ceiling might make a loft inaccessible or cramped.
Does the loft in my metal lofted barn affect cooling and heating?
Open airflow and rising heat can make lofts feel uncomfortable. It’s not a big deal for storing equipment, but you may not want just to sit up there and hang out. Proper insulation, zoned systems, or ceiling fans can help maintain comfort.
Are lofts safe for pets or children?
With the proper precautions, yes. An open loft should feature guardrails at least 36 inches high to prevent falling off the edge. But these lofts will easily hold weight.
