All builds over 16×52 in Mississippi and 16×56 in Texas have to be built on site.
All urethane-stained buildings are sprayed with a high-quality urethane stain. The urethane stain is a specialty product which was designed only for use on the LP Smart Panel siding and trim and has a projected life expectancy of 15-20 years.
Our high quality shingles are 30 year architectural shingle style.

The main differences in our standard and deluxe cabin include a larger, L-shaped front porch. This increases your outdoor space for a sitting area. Is this structure built on-site or delivered prefabricated?
Both delivery of our prefabricated lofted barns and on-site construction are available. It depends on your needs and access limitations. For sites with limited access, an on-site build is typically the preferred approach for streamlined installation.
Are utilities, such as electricity, included with the deluxe lofted cabin?
Our base cabins don’t include electrical wiring; however, you can customize your structure to meet your exact needs. Need to add a breaker box, light switches, outlets, and more? Choose from any of our electrical packages or opt for a la carte options to create a building that meets your residential or recreational needs.
