All builds over 16×52 in Mississippi and 16×56 in Texas have to be built on site.
All urethane-stained buildings are sprayed with a high-quality urethane stain. The urethane stain is a specialty product which was designed only for use on the LP Smart Panel siding and trim and has a projected life expectancy of 15-20 years.

What is a metal building with a loft designed for?
This portable structure features double doors along its long side and lofts at both ends inside (versus a gable end). It’s made with metal siding and wood framing, offering effortless access on the side for workspace layouts or equipment, as well as elevated storage for seasonal items, supplies, or tools. You can also convert your loft into a sleeping area or display zone in a hobby setup.
Why choose a wider metal building with a loft?
Choose a 12’, 14’, or 16’ wide metal building (versus an 8’ or 10’ wide option) if you want extra wall space for customization or shelving, as well as deeper lofts. Various lengths are also available based on your unique needs, ranging from 12’ long to 40’ long buildings. Note that a longer building might need a wider turning space during delivery or a wider driveway.
What’s the benefit of a metal building with a loft that has a side entry?
Side entry provides simpler access to your building’s full width, making it perfect for wide equipment, workbenches, and shelving. It also enhances the flow of traffic if you decide to divide your space into multiple zones.
Is a side lofted barn shed easy to move in the future if necessary?
Yes. Typically assembled on skids, these buildings can be easily moved with a trailer or even a mule depending on the size. Note that a larger model might require relocation with the help of a professional, along with a clear transport path.
